Code of Ethics
Code of ethics includes principles that employees of our company must comply with while performing their duties. Purpose of principles we have determined is to determine basic rules to be followed; to prevent any conflicts and clash of interests that may arise between our employees, suppliers, customers and business partners.
We expect all parties that we work act in accordance with our ethical values. In addition, we prefer to work with people, institutions and organizations that acting/will acting in accordance with our ethical values in our potential business partnerships. Code of Conduct
BDY Group conducts all its activities within the framework of local and international law in accordance with the ethical rules. BDY Group management has determined the principles in this direction. Code of conduct was established to carry out activities without compromising consistency and fairness.
BDY Group management’s priorities are compliance with existing and changing legislation, laws and regulations, establishment of the necessary management system and follow-up of compliance management performance of companies.
BDY Group is aware that all kinds of activities such as corruption, bribery, money laundering, financing of terrorism, sharking that causes pecuniary loss and intangible damages, destroy corporate reputation and shake trust of its affiliates and business partners. “Code of Ethics” document was prepared as a part of code of conduct management and it entered into force for its implementation by BDY Group Yatırım Inc. and its subsidiaries as 2019.
